A Sensory Reconnection Retreat
MONDAY AUG 24TH - SUNDAY AUG 30TH, 2026
Embody You,
Embody Magic.
You know that feeling when you're doing all the right things but still feel like something's missing?
You're capable, creative, and deeply aware, and yet there's a low hum of exhaustion underneath it all.
You've been tending to everyone and everything.
Your calendar is full but your cup feels empty.
You crave something that isn't another productivity hack or wellness trend.
You want to feel like yourself again. Not the version that performs and produces, the version that is rooted, alive, and at home in their own body.
This retreat was made for that moment.
You’ve been pouring out.
It’s time to pour back into you.
This retreat is for the sensitive, soulful, and ready for a real reset. For the creatives, the leaders, and movers who want to live mindfully and find themselves running on empty. For those who feel everything, give everything and are learning to keep something for themselves. Ready to slow down, drop in and remember what it feels like to be truly replenished.
Imagine yourself on a lush mountaintop overlooking the Aegean Sea, where azure waters meet endless sky—this is your week, a sacred pause dedicated to self-love and connection. Through the moving meditation of yoga, the grounding creativity of ceramics, and the transformative resonance of sound healing, you'll reconnect with your vitality.
When we carve out intentional space, we rewire our cells to live from embodied flow. Replenish your senses as you reconnect with the four elements—Water's fluidity, Earth's steadiness, Air's spaciousness, and Fire's passion—and get comfortable in the paradox of who you are: both soft and fierce, gentle and wild.

What To Expect
Reconnection To Nature
In Pelion, the mountains soften into the sea at Fakistra’s turquoise shore, inviting you to remember you are part of this wild, beautiful earth. Ground your body in daily movement and sound practices, alchemize with clay, nourish yourself from the inside out. Between sessions, the scent of wild herbs on mountain air, salt on your skin after a swim—here, your senses wake up. Use your spare time to lounge by your villa pool or explore local villages where time moves differently. This is your permission to simply be. Nature becomes your teacher, showing you the rhythm of rest and the peace of presence.
Sound Healing
We are all vibration—we come from sound. As sound healing becomes more widely understood through science, we remember that our bodies, made of nearly 60% water, are natural conductors of resonance. Think of vibration as physics: sound waves penetrating molecules, traveling through our tissues, and recalibrating our emotional landscape.
Daily Yoga & Meditation
Dance with a morning blend of vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga, where we prime our bodies to do the inner work. All levels welcome—each practice speaks to an element. This is where your emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies converge, where you learn to stoke both the passion and the stillness within.
Ceramic Workshops
Deepen your connection to creation, evoke a sense of play, and reconnect with organic materials from the earth. In our workshops, we tap into ancient roots through the practice of hand-building, one of the oldest art forms. Immerse yourself in the cyclical nature of clay—born of earth, shaped by water, strengthened by air, and transformed by fire—a living reminder of nature’s vitality in every piece.
Vocal Toning
Like a thumbprint or Face ID, our voice unlocks our uniqueness. When we release the knots held in the throat, we reclaim the primal expression of our own truth. We become messengers of freedom. Our morning vocal warm-ups create space to soften tension in the body and awaken clarity, liberation, and embodiment.
Farm-To-Table Meals
The brain and gut are deeply connected — what we eat, how we digest, and the microbes in our gut all influence our mood, focus, and overall well-being. Pelion Homes sources fruits, vegetables, and herbs from their permaculture garden and from local farmers who value sustainability and organic practices. Every dish reflects the bounty of Pelion’s natural environment, ensuring that each meal is fresh and vibrant with farm-to-table flavors, seasonally inspired to showcase the region’s produce, and mindfully prepared with love and intention.
You’ll leave Pelion with more than memories. You'll leave with a felt sense of what it means to live from your center. To move through the world with softness and strength at once. To trust the wisdom already living in your body. Six days of deep replenishment, and a practice that travels home with you.
Everything I heal, heals me.
I trust in a transformation I cannot see.

Meet Your Facilitators
Fiona Baqai
I blend sound and movement to flow you into presence. As a Third Culture Kid who transitioned from tech and finance, I bring a cross-cultural perspective to healing—guiding clients through corporate burnout and intimacy blocks. A decade of teaching yoga and meditation has shaped my method: through breathwork, soundbaths, immersive retreats, and teacher trainings, I support others in claiming and celebrating their innate gifts. Working with the subtle body to release emotions, we compost our personal history into wisdom and return to joy as the embodied frequency.
Ceremonialist
Alexandria Roby
After more than a decade in the digital design industry, I felt a deep pull to work with raw materials. I create ceramic art that elevates spaces and cultivates a sense of grounded beauty and intention. When working with clay, it invokes the elemental and invites play—essential to my creative renewal. I teach others how to reconnect with their sensuality and innate wildness. Rooted in dance and yoga, movement is an intrinsic part of my process—a dialogue between body and material that informs the organic shapes of my work, where rhythm and texture reflect both stillness and transformation.

Testimonials

I met Fiona and Alex in Joshua Tree, Ca and they felt like lifelong friends, instantly. Fiona has such a welcoming and invigorating aura and she can have intelligent and thoughtful conversations about anything- she has SO much knowledge. Alex is an old soul who I felt like I could truly open up to and is someone who understands empathy on an intimate level. They have so much to offer, and genuinely want to spread their light to the world. Alex and Fiona were a joy to meet during my stay in the desert and made the experience unforgettable!

Fiona and Alex are truly a dynamic duo! I was lucky to have met these beautiful souls at a retreat at Joshua Tree, Ca. There, even when we first met, they both felt like a comforting hug, like old friends you haven’t seen in a while. They both have vibrant auras, Fiona more of an orange/yellow and Alex more of a bluegreen/white, and together, they are a powerhouse of knowledge for anything spiritual. Fiona is like a big sister I never had; she takes people under her wing as if they’re her own, and you can open up to her about anything. Alex is an old soul who has lived many lives and can read people so incredibly well. She knows how to make you feel seen/heard intimately even in a crowded room, and puts everything into her craft and care for those around her, which really shows. They both are amazing teachers, friends, and women who, together, have so much light to offer the world. I know their retreat is going to be life-changing for those who attend, and I could not recommend these ladies enough.

FAQS
-
We recommend arriving to Athens the 21st or 22nd, to allow yourself time to adjust to the time zone. We will have an arranged shuttle for all retreat guests at the main square at 11am on Monday, the 24th. This will take everyone directly to and from Pelion, so you don’t need to worry about transportation.
A shuttle will be provided during the day we are off-site, exploring the beach and local villages.
If you plan to come or leave from another city or location, please secure your own transport. The staff is happy to assist with any requests.
-
Check-in is from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
-
The villas are fully equipped, have pools, panoramic views, chill-out areas, and are neatly clustered in proximity to each other for a harmonious vibe.
-
The center serves vegetarian, farm-to-table cuisine sourced from their onsite permaculture garden and local farmers. Menus can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs, if requested in advance.
Each villa will be stocked with additional food, and snacks will be available throughout the day for retreat guests at the main dining center.
There are also a few restaurants within a short walk of the villas if you’d like to venture out during free time and enjoy the local cuisine.
-
You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment, but it is not a requirement. The on-site shala provides everything we will need for the duration of your stay - including 18 high-quality yoga mats, 5 medium-quality mats, 20 meditation pillows, 20 blankets, 40 cork bricks, and 12 yoga straps.
-
The Yoga Shala is a fully protected tent space of 70 m². The open-air yoga retreat decking area is 130 m². The space is a few minutes walk from the villas.
-
Villas and common areas have standard European outlets. The standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. This is the standard in most of Europe. You will need a travel adapter for the Type C or Type F sockets used in Greece. If your devices are not dual-voltage (meaning they operate on a wider range, such as 100-240V), you may also need a voltage converter to avoid damaging them. Participants should bring their own adapters and power banks if needed.
-
You have until May 1st, 2026 to receive 100% refund
You have until June 1st, 2026 to receive 50% of the refund
After the specified dates, refunds will not be permitted due to pre-secured villa reservations.
-
All retreat participants are required to obtain and maintain valid travel insurance for the full duration of the retreat, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. By registering for the retreat, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage and understand that the retreat organizers are not liable for any travel disruptions, injuries, illnesses, losses, or unforeseen events incurred before, during, or after the retreat.
