Our Mission
SOUNDFLOWER is a healing arts collective rooted in ceremony, somatic practice, and compassionate leadership
Movement
We prioritize regulating and rejuvenating emotional health through somatic practices that ease burnout and open the way to intimacy.
Vibration
Our ceremonies are inspired by personal and ancestral lineages, reconnecting you with your heart to infuse and recalibrate the frequency you emit.
Leadership
SOUNDFLOWER metabolizes the individual human experience—transforming personal healing into collective transformation. It begins with self-love.
Our Vision
SOUNDFLOWER brings mindfulness to the future leaders of the world—mothers and children. Mothers birth, create, and shape the values of their children. Children may become the policymakers and change-makers of tomorrow. We envision equipping pre-K schools with meditation, self-compassion, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques—inspiring reflection and contemplation from the earliest years. We provide trauma-informed tools that help children and families build resilience from within. What begins as self-love in one generation becomes the foundation for the next.
Our Founder
When you shed light on the root, you fertilize your soil. Fiona Baqai is a ceremonialist and keynote speaker; she blends sound and movement to help you flow into presence.
With her international upbringing as a third culture kid and background working in finance and technology—including roles at investment management firms, banking institutions, and tech companies like Invesco, Wells Fargo, and Snap Inc.—she offers a cross-cultural perspective on healing. She guides clients through corporate burnout and intimacy blocks, shining light on your talents and teaching you to celebrate and claim your innate gifts.
An E-RYT 500 instructor with over a decade of teaching yoga and meditation, she has shaped her method through breathwork, soundbaths, teacher trainings, and immersive retreats from France to Greece to Panama. She works with the body to release emotions and believes that we compost our personal history into wisdom and return to joy as the embodied frequency.
